Dartmouth Outdoor Programs Office is sponsoring "Open Outdoors", a program to help you get outside. Meet Mondays at Huntley Meadow Parking lot in Norwich off of Turnpike Rd at 5:15 pm and leave at 5:30.

 

This will be geared for beginner Mt Bikers, and will ride the back roads of Norwich / Sharon. This will become a weekly ride. So come join us!

Campaign Extended – take your confidential, online Health Assessment by March 22nd and earn $100*!


The Health Assessment is a confidential online health questionnaire that asks you questions about your lifestyle habits and wellbeing. It's available to all benefits eligible employees and only takes 15 – 20 minutes to complete.

Why should I complete the Health Assessment?

It's a quick and easy way to determine the current state of your overall health and to figure out what steps you need to take now to maintain or improve your health in the future.You'll earn an extra $100* in your paycheck!

How do I access the Health Assessment?

If you are an employee on the Dartmouth-sponsored Cigna health plan:

  1. Go to http://www.mycigna.com and log in or register.
  2. Select the Take my Health Assessment link on the homepage (just look for the red apple in the center of the screen).
  3. After selecting Take My Health Assessment you will be transferred to the my health & wellness center homepage where you can take the health assessment.

If you are a benefits eligible employee who is not covered under the Dartmouth-sponsored Cigna health plan:

  1. Go to https://dartmouth.mycareallies.com and sign in or click on "I need to register" and follow the registration instructions (you will need your Dartmouth ID-- if you're ID starts with a number, please don't include a 'd' in front of the number).
  2. Select the Take your Health Assessment quick link on the homepage.
  3. After selecting Take your Health Assessment you will be transferred to the my health & wellness center homepage where you can take the health assessment.

What happens after I complete the Health Assessment?

You'll receive a comprehensive personal health report that includes suggestions and recommendations on ways you can maintain or improve your health that you can share with your Health Coach or doctor.You may be invited to participate in online or telephonic health coaching programs to help support you.You'll automatically receive an extra $100* in an upcoming paycheck.

Is the Health Assessment confidential?

Dartmouth College will not receive any individual results, however, we will receive your name for incentive administration purposes.

*Incentives are available to benefits eligible active employees only (you do not have to be enrolled in the Dartmouth-sponsored health plan). All incentives will become extra money in your paycheck (minus the appropriate tax withholdings).
