MOVE IT Walk

The walk will begin at 12:15 PM and will be approximately 30 minutes long. We will meet by the flagpoles on the Green in Hanover and walk around Occom Pond. Pulse participants will earn a 250-point voucher, but all are welcome to attend. See you there!

Because health decisions don't keep business hours...

You can speak directly to a specialist trained as a nurse or listen to podcasts about specific health topics—any day, every day—any time of the day or night! Just call the toll-free number 1-800-Cigna-24.

Of course, 24/7 NurseLine is not an emergency response system. Call 911 or your local emergency service number in any medical emergency.  Get the health care information and advice you need instantly—without leaving home.  Cigna's 24/7 NurseLine is your way to access reliable medical resources immediately and confidentially, and at no cost.

 

The program's objectives are:

To provide level of care recommendations to members who call with symptom-based questions or concerns.To provide up-to-date, evidence-based medical information in response to members' questions or concerns, with the intention of increasing members' understanding of their individual physical condition and improving their health. To facilitate member access to physicians and facilities in the CIGNA HealthCare network.

 

To listen to one of the hundreds of podcasts in English and Spanish:

• Select a topic and download podcasts to your mobile device or listen via live-stream on your computer; or

• Choose to listen over the phone. Call the health information line, follow the voice prompts, enter a code for the audio library catalog, and you'll be listening in seconds.

 

Effective 9/1/2016, this service is only available to those enrolled in one of the Dartmouth College Cigna health plans.
