SIGN UP - Women's Self-Defense Begins 11/18

There's still time to sign up for this upcoming women's self-defense course! The first session will be held at Thayer on November 18th from 4:00 -- 8:00 PM. There will be three more 3-hour sessions held weekly thereafter; commitment to all sessions is a must. CBT for Weight Loss Group:

  • Group therapy for weight loss will teach you how to apply the proven benefits of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to your diet and weight loss efforts by training you to think differently, improve your eating behavior, and to keep weight off permanently! Very affordable and very effective, these small groups are offered at Hanover Psychiatry, through the Psychiatry department of the Geisel School of Medicine.
