Upper Valley Rental List - Place, Modify, Renew, Cancel Listings
The cost to place a new listing or renew a previously placed listing is $65
for 4 weeks (28 days). This fee is non-refundable. The links below allow you to
place a new listing, or modify, renew, or cancel previously placed
listings.
The Housing Programs Office reserves the absolute discretion to remove
listings and decline to permit anyone to list, at anytime, and for whatever
reasons it deems sufficient. Such reasons may include but are not limited
to:
- The nature and number of complaints received about a landlord or
property.
- The violation of governmental regulations, such as the Hanover Zoning
Ordinance and state landlord-tenant law, including with respect to security
deposits.
- The conduct and business practices of the landlord, the landlord's
representatives, or other tenants.
- Failure to observe Dartmouth College's nondiscrimination policy.

Modify Listing (Only Rent Amount can be modified

will appear on the site exactly as it appeared the last time it was listed.
