The Dartmouth College Housing Programs Office publishes a list of currently available rentals offered by Upper Valley landlords. The list is updated daily (Monday - Friday).
In keeping with Dartmouth's nondiscrimination commitment, the Housing Programs Office will not knowingly accept a listing from any landlord who practices discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, gender identification or expression, national origin, disability, or military or veteran status, including status as a disabled or Vietnam-era veteran.
The Housing Programs Office does not inspect the condition of listed properties, does not evaluate the character or business practices of listing landlords, and makes no representation about either. Potential tenants using the Upper Valley Rental List use it at their risk and should independently evaluate the property and the landlord prior to signing a lease.
