Housing at Sachem Village is offered to graduate students and some employees. This area is located approximately one and one half miles from the Dartmouth campus in West Lebanon, New Hampshire. The apartments are a mix of single story duplexes with two to three bedrooms, handicap accessible single story apartments with one to two bedrooms, and two story townhouse-style apartments with one to three bedrooms.
With a few exceptions, these apartments are all unfurnished. For more information on apartment layout, please see the floor plans link below. Pets are only permitted in those rental apartments designated as "pet-friendly." All apartments located in the older constructed buildings are pet-friendly, and four units (1 building) in Phase I of the Sachem Redevelopment are pet-friendly. Pets are not allowed in any other building constructed in Phase I. Renters are also required to pay an additional monthly fee for pet-friendly units, and renters are limited to no more than 2 pets in their unit.
