Dartmouth College has a variety of apartments available near the campus, including a group of newly constructed apartments along South Street in downtown Hanover.
The South Street apartments are available for lease by Dartmouth graduate students and employees. These spacious apartments include hardwood floors in the living areas, carpeting in the bedrooms, and appliances (includes: range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and hook-up for washer/dryer). The apartments are leased unfurnished and range in size from one to three bedrooms and one to three bathrooms. Parking is available in the underground garage for an additional cost and all utilities are paid by the tenant.
Dartmouth also has available for lease by graduate students some additional apartments in other conveniently located buildings throughout Hanover, including 37 West Wheelock Street, 25 Lebanon Street, 1 and 3 Sanborn Road. These apartments range in size from one-bedroom apartments to larger 3-bedroom apartments. Most of these apartments are unfurnished and include appliances such as a range and refrigerator.
