The Dartmouth College Real Estate Office manages a variety of housing programs for its employees. The Office has approximately 280 units of rental housing available to regular full-time Dartmouth employees and periodically offers houses for sale in Hanover. A mortgage assistance program may be available for purchasing a private home in the surrounding area.
The Real Estate Office also maintains a list of currently available rentals owned by landlords other than Dartmouth. This Upper Valley Rental List is the most comprehensive list of rentals in the Upper Valley and is updated daily, Monday - Friday. It is available to the Dartmouth community and the general public on a website managed by the Real Estate Office.
