Mascoma Savings Bank - Dartmouth Plus Refinancing

Dartmouth employees who are refinancing a primary residence can use all of Mascoma's standard mortgage loan products with the Dartmouth Plus program, which include both Fixed Rate Mortgages and Adjustable Rate Mortgages ("ARM"). Through the Dartmouth Plus program, employees are eligible for benefits as follows:

• A 0.125% (12.5 basis points) interest rate discount on all of Mascoma’s mortgage products.
• Accommodating qualification ratios and loan-to-value ratio criteria.
