Dartmouth College has a mortgage program which can assist eligible employees with the purchase of a primary home in the Hanover area or refinance their existing home. Dartmouth Plus mortgages are offered through participating area lenders, and allow employees seeking to purchase or refinance a home to improve the terms of the mortgages these lenders make available to the general public.
