The Real Estate Office offers a limited number of off-campus rental housing units for students and employees of Dartmouth College. Most of these units are in Hanover, NH. Accommodations range from studio apartments to single family homes.
The Upper Valley Rental List is available for both associates of Dartmouth and the public to list or identify privately owned properties for rent in the surrounding area.
The Real Estate Office also manages various for-sale housing and mortgage assistance programs for employees. These range from sale of single family homes to a mortgage assistance program.
