The Dartmouth College Real Estate Office is responsible for the College's off-campus real estate interests and management. Dartmouth's off-campus residential and commercial tenants may use this section of our Web site to report maintenance and repair problems as they arise. This is the most efficient means of communicating with us on such matters.
The "Urgent Matters" page informs tenants where to turn for problems requiring immediate attention. The "Place a Work Order" page allows tenants to submit other maintenance requests. The "Contact Directory" lists who to contact for non-emergency needs.
