My name is Alice, I’m a ’19 in East Wheelock house from Seattle, WA. I am a Mathematics major and a Chemistry minor who hopes to go to medical school for an MD/PhD and to eventually become a research doctor in the field of obstetrics and gynecology. I work as an undergraduate researcher in the Chemistry department with the Mirica Group, and as a tutor and the East Wheelock Residential Expert in Mathematics with the Dartmouth Tutor Clearinghouse. I’m also heavily involved in Dartmouth iGEM, the Dartmouth Women’s Professional Circle, and volunteer frequently with the Office of Pluralism and Leadership. I’m very interested in the intersection between mathematics, chemistry, and medicine, and hope to discover an answer next winter while on my Mathematical Oncology DSP!
