On July 13, 2011, President Pete Bleyler announced that the Leadership Council had approved the Osher Institute’s new strategic plan. The plan is the result of a formal strategic planning process that the Osher Institute leadership and members undertook to chart a course for the organization for the next three to five years. The strategic planning process included focus groups, a survey of members, discussions with the Osher Institute leadership and talks with the Osher Institute members as well as potential the Osher Institute participants. The plan lays out the five major goals that have been established for the 2012-2015 period, and identifies the initial set of tasks that will be undertaken by a series of task groups
Thank you to all of those who participated in developing the plan with their ideas and feedback. Your input will help us to create an even more thriving organization into the future.
