Much of the audio and video at Dartmouth require that you have QuickTime installed on your computer. If you are experiencing trouble viewing QuickTime audio and video, you may not have the latest version of the QuickTime Player, or you web browser may not be equipped to play QuickTime movies. You can download the latest version at Apple's QuickTime website. The software is free, and is available for both Windows and Mac. If you continue to have problems, Apple has a Troubleshooting Quicktime page to assist you.
If you are behind a firewall you may experience difficulties accessing QuickTime streaming media. Contact your network administrator to inquire into opening the necessary ports to allow for RTSP streaming.
