Student Government

Dartmouth undergraduate student government includes the student assembly, four class councils (one for each undergraduate class, named by its graduation year), and campus-wide committees and groups. Both the assembly and class councils are composed of elected students. The assembly has representatives from across Dartmouth and broadly addresses student concerns; class councils focus on student issues for their respective class year. Students may also join or be appointed to committees that focus on such topics as student life, the budget, and academic and other concerns.
