Undergraduate Majors
Dartmouth students can choose from over 50 standard majors or design special majors, major/minor combinations, and dual majors. The top majors among the Class of 2009 were economics, government, biology, English, history, psychological and brain sciences, and engineering sciences. The following programs of study lead to the Bachelor of Arts (A.B.) degree (graduation requirements). Additionally, Thayer School of Engineering offers a professional accredited Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree.
