Triskaidekaphobia - Norse gods, the Last Supper, and teenagers. There's a lot of history and lore around the meaning of the number 13 and Friday the 13th. "With gratitude …" - On Veteran's Day, Americans pause to honor those members of the Armed Forces who have defended, and continue to defend, the rights and liberties we all enjoy. Clock-wise - For the past 25 years, a pair of Dartmouth researchers has been trying to figure out how a fungus tells time. No fake - It is one of the iconic images from American history: accused John F. Kennedy assassin Lee Harvey Oswald, holding a rifle and Marxist newspapers. Oswald and others claimed that the incriminating photo was a fake, noting the seemingly inconsistent lighting and shadows.
