Spring Term Dining Plans

Spring Term dining plans are now active.  You can find our begenning of the term hours here

If you would like to be on a different dining plan during spring term, please request the change online or in person at the Dartmouth Card Office before you leave for spring break.  Spring term dining plans changes must be requested before 4 PM on Wednesday, March 29th.  Any changes processed after the start of the dining plans may be prorated.

The Class of 1953 Commons

'53 Commons is Dartmouth's premier all-you-care-to-eat dining hall and the central point of on-campus dining.  ’53 Commons features an ever-changing menu of specialty items produced in a variety of separate areas such as our dedicated meat-free vegetarian kitchen, our dairy-free kosher kitchen or our state-of-the-art pizza hearth.

Collis Café

Located in the Collis Center, Collis Café offers a wide selection of made-from-scratch baked goods, soups and special entrees.  The café features a full deli, an ice cream and smoothie bar and an extensive salad bar.  The staff also cooks up omelets to order in the mornings or customers can choose their own pasta or stir fry ingredients in the evenings.

Late Night @ Collis Café

Collis Café reopens 7 nights a week to serve late-night munchies and college favorites.  Only the space stays the same - the staff, menu and specials are all different.

Courtyard Café in the HOP


Located in the Hopkins Center for the Performing Arts, Courtyard Café is home to a fast-food grille serving a wide selection ranging from half-pound burgers and fries to breakfast wraps.  In addition, Courtyard also has a burrito bar, a full salad bar, and plenty of grab-and-go options including soups, chili, sandwiches, sushi and other snacks.
Courtyard Café's Grill serves a full menu between 11 am and midnight daily, and coffee, bagels, muffins and other continental breakfast items are available starting at 8 am on weekdays.  Subs and Burritos are availabe between 11 am and 9 pm Monday through Thursday, between 11 am and midnight on Friday and from 10:30 am to midnight on weekends.

Novack Café

Located on the ground floor of Berry Library, Novack Café serves up coffee drinks and full meals to students in a hurry.  With baked goods, hot soups and a wide-variety of sandwiches - including a daily gluten free and vegan special - Novack has something for everyone. 

Novack Café is entirely student-staffed in the evenings and is open around the clock during finals.

Residential Snack Bars

With 4 convenient locations, the Snack Bars enable students to use their dining plans to buy late-night snacks and beverages

  • McLaughlin Snack Bar:  open from 8 am to 11 am and from 6 pm to 2 am daily
  • Goldstein Snack Bar: open from 8 am to 11 am and from 6 pm to 2 am daily
  • House Center A Snack Bar @ the Onion: 6 pm to 2 am daily
  • House Center B Snack Bar: 6 pm to 2 am daily
