Television Service Request

In order to process your request in a timely and efficient manner, we need you to provide us with some basic information about your request or problem. We need the answers to all of the questions listed below in order to determine what the request/problem is prior to sending a technician out to fix it. This will ensure that the technician has the proper tools and goes to the proper location, thereby resulting in less time to process your request. This process may also help you to find an answer yourself.

Troubleshooting and Reporting Information

Are you reporting a problem with your:
Television set accessing cable
Amino Set Top Box (STB) accessing DarTV
Computer accessing DarTV

Are you receiving any of the channels? Y N

Have you checked that your cables are connected correctly and tight? Y N

Is your TV tuned for use on a Cable TV Network? Y N
There may be a switch on your television that needs to be switched from antenna to cable. If this is set incorrectly, you would only see channels up to 13, or just snow.

If you have a remote control to your television, does it have power? Y N
Are the batteries in it fresh? Y N

If you are using an Amino Set Top Box, does it have power? Y N

If you are using an Amino Set Top Box, is the STB button on your remote control lit? Y N

If you are using an Amino Set Top Box, have you plugged a computer into the same jack that the Ethernet cable from the STB is plugged into, and then have you been able to access the network? Y N
