If the appropriate support services group can't resolve the problem for you,
you may be referred to Computer Sales
and Service, located in 171 Carson Hall. It is an authorized repair center
for:
- Macintosh workstations and laptops.
- Dell OptiPlex and Dimension workstations and Latitude and Inspiron
laptops.
- Lenovo laptops.
- Xerox, HP, and Apple printers.
Computer Sales and Service is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.,
weekdays. It can be reached at 646-3249. You may be referred to an off-campus
facility if your hardware is not supported.
