Protecting Yourself from Viruses

Viruses are an unfortunate by-product of the computing age. With increased connectivity, the opportunity for our devices to get "infected" with a virus or malware (which includes spyware and adware) has increased dramatically. While your own computing habits directly affect your level of vulnerability, there are some tactics that can help you avoid or recover from a virus.

The ultimate defense for all users is a good recent back up of your data.
