What Is GreenPrint?

< Previous | Next >

GreenPrint is a public printing system that was created to help control waste and improve printing services to the Dartmouth community. It is based on the Pharos print management system. When you use GreenPrint, you submit your print job to the public printer queue. You are asked for your Dartmouth Name Directory (DND) user name, password, and the print job name. Once you submit your print job, it will be held in the print queue until you go to one of the GreenPrint Release Stations (located at various locations on campus) and release your job. Enter your DND user name and password at the GreenPrint Release Station, then select your job. Your document will print on the printer connected to that GreenPrint Release Station.
