BlitzMail is available for both Windows and Macintosh computers. If you are an incoming student and you purchased your computer from Dartmouth, your computer should already have BlitzMail installed. If you are a faculty or staff member and someone from Computing Services set up your computer, then BlitzMail will already be installed. If it is not already on your computer, the BlitzMail installer can be downloaded from the following Software Downloads Web pages:
If you need help installing BlitzMail, please contact the IT Service Desk (Help Desk) at 646-2999 and select from the options provided, send electronic mail to help@dartmouth.edu, or call your department's IT support office.
To use BlitzMail:
- On Windows computers, double-click on the BlitzMail icon on your desktop or click Start, Programs, BlitzMail, then BlitzMail.
- On Macintosh computers running Mac OS X, single-click the BlitzMail icon in your dock or locate the BlitzMail application in the Applications folder.
