< Previous | Next >

BlitzMail is a Dartmouth produced electronic mail program that not only allows you to send, receive, and manage electronic mail, but also allows you to "monitor" bulletins posted by College departments and officially recognized organizations. Versions are available for both Macintosh and Windows users. The term BlitzMail refers to both the Macintosh and Windows versions of the application except where noted.

This information introduces you as quickly as possible to the basic functions of the BlitzMail program, such as how to get started and where to get help; how to read, compose, and send messages; how to delete and undelete messages; how to create a mailing list; how to monitor Bulletins; how to designate your nickname(s) and e-mail address; how to change your password; and how to exit the program.
