Secure Document Server

Instead of storing confidential or sensitive data on less-secure end-user computers or departmental servers, Dartmouth protects sensitive data by storing it on a secure, dedicated document server.

The Secure Document Server:

  • Controls who can access and print secured data.
  • Logs who uses data.
  • Encrypts data stored on the server.
  • Prevents users from saving local copies of their data.
