Can I Configure Sygate to Not Show Me the Attacks Against My Computer?

< Previous

The default Sygate settings will cause a notification message to appear in the lower-right corner of your display each time another computer tries to access your computer indicating that Sygate has blocked access. These messages do not require any user intervention, but some users find them distracting. Each user can configure Sygate on their own computer to show or hide these messages.

To hide the notification messages, double-click the Sygate icon in the System Tray (lower-right corner of your display). Select Options from the Tools menu. On the General tab, click the Hide notification messages field so that a check appears there, then click OK. The notification messages should no longer appear.
