How to Remove the Software

The uninstaller for version 4.55 of the eToken runtime software is located within the same volume that that contains the PKI Client installer. You can remove the eToken software from your computer by double-clicking the Uninstall eToken PKI Client 4.55 application.

The uninstaller for version 3.6.5 of the eToken runtime software is located in the /usr/local/"uninstall_pki client" directory. It is called Uninstall PKI Client.app. You can navigate to and run the application via the Terminal application in the Utilities folder.

If you have a previous version of the eToken runtime software or you are not comfortable performing the recommendation listed above, contact the IT Service Desk at 646-2999 and select from the options provided, send electronic mail to help@dartmouth.edu, or call your department's IT support office.
