Asking a Person for Help
The IT Service Desk (Help Desk) can answer questions from Dartmouth faculty, staff, and students, and can help a department determine what is needed to protect their electronic data and computing resources.
Using the Knowledge Library
An extensive Knowledge Library is available online; it is continually updated by Computing Services staff.
Other New Initiatives
Computing Services is continually implementing new security safeguards on servers and the network. In addition, we are developing ways to help safeguard data on desktop and laptop computers. Both of these processes are part of our security initiative.
