How Can I Access the Wireless Network on the DHMC Campus?

< Previous

Please refer to the DHMC wireless "Access Policy" document at http://intranet.hitchcock.org/IS/library/docs/WirelessAccessPolicy.doc. You can get a copy of the form to request wireless access from DHMC at http://intranet.hitchcock.org/is/us/Public/.

Note: Windows-based computers from the Kiewit domain used by Dartmouth College may experience very long delays when connecting from DHMC. The work-around for this is to have the Dartmouth VPN software installed on your computer and to log on to the Dartmouth VPN prior to logging on to your computer. For directions on configuring the Dartmouth VPN on your Windows-based computer, see Using the Juniper VPN.

If you have additional questions about Dartmouth's wireless network or are having problems, contact the IT Service Desk (Help Desk) at 646-2999 and select from the options provided, send electronic mail to help@dartmouth.edu, or contact your division's computing support office.
