Problems/Bugs With SSH Secure Shell

Here are a few common problems or known bugs:

  1. Problems creating a bookmark with X tunneling (tunneling not working):There is a bug in the GUI that sets up x11 tunneling. Make sure the checkbox for X tunneling is checked. For more details, see Enable X Tunneling Using SSH Secure Shell.
  2. I made a bookmark and kept entering my password, but I continue to get the password prompt: First, make sure the bookmark you saved has your username spelled correctly and saved. If it does, try logging in to another remote computer to make sure your password is correct.
