Linux Software Downloads
Dartmouth offers several Linux software programs for your use.
Tips for Downloading Software
- Some applications require a license number or serial number. In these cases, one of the files that is expanded from the original file you downloaded will contain the appropriate licensing information.
Operating System - Secure Linux Scripts
Dartmouth's Securelinux project aims to provide a more secure Linux system install. The scripts provide both a kickstart file for a secure base install and a collection of small scripts, scriptlets, that can provide additional security to either a fresh install or a system that was installed a long time ago.
