Website Quality Assurance Service

Web Services is offering quality assurance (QA) services to its clients (see Client Web Sites in OmniUpdate). The aim of QA is to offer Dartmouth's Web visitors pages that:

  • Look professional
  • Are user friendly
  • Have a clean layout and consistent formatting
  • Are easy to navigate
  • Function properly (e.g., no broken links, missing images, etc.)
  • Are accessible to all

We will review your Web site and do the following:

  • Establish page structure and typographic consistency
  • Verify site navigation
  • Remove erroneous code
  • Run Link Checking to fix broken links
  • Run Spellchecker to correct spelling errors
  • Make note of accessibility issues (e.g., drop-down menus, color-coded text, etc.)

We will not edit any of the content on your site.

If you would like to use this new service, please contact Marie Stebbins. The service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
