We do not create Web solutions for "programs within departments," for example, Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration, but we can offer a couple of options; see Web Site Pre-Planning.

We provide one-on-one and group training and support for OmniUpdate (our content management system) and develop training materials for using OmniUpdate.

Webmaster
The Webmaster for Dartmouth provides the following services:
- Maintenance of the primary, public-facing Web hosting environment (www.dartmouth.edu)
- Maintenance of additional hosting environments, intended to be companion environments to the primary:
- Testing and development server, used by community members looking to build their own custom Web solutions
- Multiple production Web application servers, for hosting custom built or purchased solutions, across a variety of development environments
- Support for the central campus Media Cluster hosting environment, providing both large file downloading services as well as QuickTime Streaming services, primarily for audio/video files
- Virtual host (i.e. custom Web site URL) support across the Web hosting environment systems
- User account creation and life-cycle maintenance across all hosting environments
