Network Device Configuration

The forms above should be used to order a new printer, to have a printer or server moved, or to request a static IP address. These forms will be sent to Help and you will be contacted by the appropriate computing support office to assist you in setting up or moving your equipment.

If you are ordering a new or replacement printer, questions that are appropriate to consider include:

  • How many people will be using it?
  • Will you need or want duplex (2-sided) printing?
  • Will you need extra trays aside from the one that comes with the printer?
  • Will you need an envelope feeder?
  • Is black-and-white sufficient or will you need color?
  • How much space is available for the printer; is the physical size of the printer an issue?
  • What is a reasonable price range based on your budget?
