Help and you will be contacted by the appropriate computing support office to
assist you in setting up or moving your equipment.
If you are ordering a new or replacement printer, questions that are
appropriate to consider include:
- How many people will be using it?
- Will you need or want duplex (2-sided) printing?
- Will you need extra trays aside from the one that comes with the
printer?
- Will you need an envelope feeder?
- Is black-and-white sufficient or will you need color?
- How much space is available for the printer; is the physical size of the
printer an issue?
- What is a reasonable price range based on your budget?
