Can I Get a Refund?

You can get a refund for printing a document if the reason it did not print or was smudged during printing was because of a mechanical problem with the printer, or there was a problem with the GreenPrint software. Refunds will not be issued if you inadvertently print the wrong document or the document is formatted incorrectly.

If you would like to notify us about a mechanical problem with a printer, or with the GreenPrint software, send an e-mail to help@dartmouth.edu.
