Computing Services has a tool that allows us to remote control your computer, but ONLY WITH YOUR EXPLICIT PERMISSION. The tool requires you to install a small applet and provide us with a passcode that only you see. The session closes and we are denied further access when you close the applet window. A session can't be reinitiated without you providing us with another passcode.
If you are using Internet Explorer, click Run to download and install the software. Other browsers may require you to download the application then run it from your computer.
A Dartmouth TeamViewer QuickSupport window will appear. Give the numbers that appear in the Your ID field, then those that appear in the Password field, to the Computing Services staff person you are working with.

A small window will appear in the corner of your screen showing the name of the Computing Services support staff currently connected to your computer.

Do NOT close this window until the support session is concluded.
If prompted, click OK to download the file.

Go to your downloads folder and double-click the TeamViewerQS application.
