Computing Services has a staff of certified repair technicians. These technicians are available for providing additional assistance in determining if a problem is software- or hardware-related.
When confronted with a situation where you would like help from one of the Repair Technicians, send an e-mail to the cg-stucons list asking for verification. Either the student manager or a full-time staff member will be the one to contact the repair technicians with the request.
Note: Due to the high-value inventory stored by Computer Sales and Service, you should never walk into the Repair Shop.
