The IT Support Center (comprised of the Call Center and Walk-in Center) provides support for all Dartmouth undergraduate students, Arts & Sciences graduate students, Arts & Sciences Faculty and staff, and staff in Administrative Departments. There are other IT Service Desks located around campus that provide support for faculty, staff and students in the Professional Schools. In addition, Arts and Sciences faculty and staff can seek assistance through the IT Call Center or their division's Help Desk. The only assistance that faculty and staff should receive from student staff working at the Walk-in Center is a referral to their correct help desk location.
