Overall System Status:
The IT Walk-in Center assists Dartmouth’s undergraduate and graduate students within the Arts & Science division with their academic computing needs in a welcoming and professional environment. We will determine their needs or the cause of their problems and resolve the situation, or refer them to a source where they can obtain additional help. In addition, we refer all Dartmouth faculty and staff to the appropriate centers for their IT support needs. We also refer DMS, Tuck and Thayer Students, Staff and Faculty to their School's Help Desk. See Other Service Desk Services for a listing of these other centers.
