Documentum is a product licensed by Dartmouth College to provide a place for secure storage of confidential electronic data, as well as a place for secure file sharing for departmental information. It is not intended as a replacement for backup or storage of personal files. For information on other data storage options, click here.
Before you start using Documentum, you should know:
- Macintosh computers must use the DocuLauncher application prior to accessing Documentum each time. If DocuLauncher is not used, your files are not secure.
- You must check any file back in on the same computer it was checked out on.
