Lync is a tool that allows you to connect with Dartmouth faculty, students and staff in real time in a variety of ways including: instant messaging, computer-to-computer audio, video chat, desktop sharing and more. Lync, with various feature sets depending on the device, is available at no charge for Macintosh computers, Windows computers, iPads, and smart phones running iOS, Windows Phone and Android. Lync is not available for the BlackBerry.
