If you are using your work computer at home, you can use Outlook to connect to your e-mail as if you were at work, as long as you are connected to the Internet. If you are on a home or public computer, you can access your e-mail and calendar via the web at https://bwa.dartmouth.edu (Cloud accounts) or https://owa.dartmouth.edu (On Premises accounts).
If you want the full functionality within a web browser, you must use Internet Explorer 7 or higher or Firefox 3 or higher. Other browsers will only support the "Lite" version of the product, so some functionality may not be available to you.
Try using the Dartmouth Directory Manager (https://dartdm.dartmouth.edu). Log in to reset your password and try logging in to Outlook again using your new password.
Go to https://dartdm.dartmouth.edu and log in. Click Change Password.
