Standard Business Hours
Peter Kiewit Computing Services normal business hours are between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Most offices close during the lunch hour.
Non Standard Hours Support
For systems deemed critical by the institution support is provided outside of standard business hours.
Standard Employee Work Hours
To ensure support coverage Peter Kiewit Computing Services normal staff schedules are between 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Individual schedules during those hours are at the discretion of the manager. Some staff will be assigned to different shifts.
Exceptions to these hours can be made only at the discretion of a senior director. Exceptions can be made to accommodate customer needs or work productivity issues. To be eligible for schedule exceptions the employee must be in good standing.
