The Emergency Plan for all scenarios is included in a single Excel workbook, which includes instructions for evacuation, shelter in place, and long-term shut down of the College. Emergency communications information, evacuation and shelter locations, and the contact information for all Information Technology Services colleagues, is included.
Each colleague should have an Emergency Card, with individualized instructions and shelter assignment. A blank card is included in the Excel workbook appendices. Your manager is responsible for assisting you in completing this card, which you should carry with you at all times.
