Prior to having your e-mail migrated from BlitzMail to the new Blitz system, you should remove your BlitzMail account from your mobile device. There are two reasons for this: you will need to set up a new account on your mobile device once your account is migrated, and many mobile devices will continue to try to log into your account and see if there are any updates, which will cause your migration to hang or fail.
Go into settings on your mobile device, and choose Mail, Contact, and Calendars. A list of e-mail accounts will appear.
Choose your BlitzMail Account. The settings for that account will appear.
At the bottom of the window, the Delete Account button is in red. Touch this to delete the account.
Other mobile devices vary considerable so we cannot provide step-by-step instructions for each device. You should look for a "Settings" or "Configuration" or "Profile" option on your device, then remove the BlitzMail account from there.
