The Student Computing Help Desk assists Dartmouth’s undergraduate and
graduate students with their academic computing needs in a welcoming and
professional environment. We will determine their needs or the cause of their
problems and resolve the situation, or refer them to a source where they can
obtain additional help. People seek the assistance of the Student Computing
Help Desk in person, via the telephone, and e-mail.
In all contacts with our customers, we strive to provide the highest level
of customer service, and to help them become self-sufficient in their computing
tasks.
