The Remedy Administration group oversees the development, maintenance, and use of the Remedy IT Service Management for the Enterprise System at Dartmouth. Remedy is used to track all interactions with members of the Dartmouth community who are requesting technology assistance or have questions related to technology. While used primary by the IT Service Desk, other groups within Computing Services are also using Remedy to track how they assist users.
The Remedy Administration group consists of a Remedy Administrator, plus an oversight group made up of members from the various groups within Computing Services that use Remedy.
