The Academic Consulting group works cooperatively with the Administrative and Student Consulting groups, and the rest of Computing Services, to deliver technology assistance to faculty and staff in the Arts and Sciences departments. The group consists of eight professionals. If you have a computing question or problem, do not hesitate to call, send e-mail, or stop by your department's IT support office.
If you cannot reach the consultant assigned to your department, send an e-mail to help@dartmouth.edu and another member of the Academic Consulting group will respond to your inquiry.
The Academic Consulting group consists of the following professional staff:

- Peter Fletcher, User Support Analyst. Provides support for Education.
- Tom Garbelotti, Senior User Support Analyst, Humanities Computing
- Kevin Grady, Senior User Support Analyst. Provides support for PBS, Geography, Computer Science, Physics, and Math.
- Nicole Hamilton, Manager of Science Division Computing. Provides support for Biology, Chemistry, Earth Sciences, and Environmental Studies
- Jeffrey Hawkins, Manager of Academic Consulting Services. Provides support for the Libraries.
- Barbara Mellert, Manager of Social Science Computing. Provides support for Anthropology, Economics, Government, History, Sociology, AAAS, LACS, LATS, Math and Social Sciences, Native American Studies, and Rockefeller Center.
