On-Campus Lodging

Residence Hall Accommodations

Guests are invited to stay in College residence halls. As undergraduate residences, they do not offer the amenities found in a hotel, but their convenience to on-campus events makes them a popular housing option.

Residence hall rooms are available for occupancy from 2 p.m. on Friday, June 12 until 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 14. The College is not able to accommodate any guests on Sunday night.
Students who are graduating may retain their own rooms until noon on Monday, June 15. Early graduates and their partners who are returning for commencement are guests of the College in residence halls on that weekend. They will need to return an application by April 8.

The Commencement and Reunion Housing Office is located in the main lounge of Mid-Massachusetts Hall. The office is staffed 24 hours a day beginning Friday, June 12 to assist guests with questions, accommodate late arrivals, and handle any emergencies that may arise. Commencement staff also will be stationed in each of the residence halls from 8:00 a.m. to midnight during commencement weekend to assist guests during their stay. The residence halls open at 2 p.m. on Friday and close at 2 p.m. on Sunday.

Starting March 2, applications can be found at www.dartgo.org/housing and should be completed by April 6. Guests whose applications are submitted after the application deadline will be housed only if space is available. A $25 fee will apply for cancelled reservations. Written cancellations must be received by May 31.
